Las Brisas Apartments is a 100-unit family property built in 1971 in Cudahy, eight miles east of downtown Los Angeles. It sits on long, narrow “railroad lots” originally meant for large gardens, fruit groves or even horse stables, and its garden-style design keeps that calm character while staying close to the 710 Freeway.
Impact's rehabilitation focused on preserving the property for the next generation: new roofs, new attic insulation and new air conditioning units improve comfort and cut household utility costs. The clubhouse was refreshed from floor to ceiling, giving residents a welcoming place to gather.
