Impact owns and operates family and senior housing in Northern and Southern California. We make significant improvements to the physical property: base building systems, common areas, and unit interiors. We seek properties of 40 units or larger that also have ten years of continuous ownership. Impact acts as responsible stewards of these community assets; preserving them long-term for future generations.
